Meet Kris + Jackie Durbin
Hello!! We are Kris and Jackie Durbin, owners of The D team, brokered by eXp Realty. In 2020 we made the best decision for our Real Estate career and joined eXp Realty. The amount of collaboration and love that is shared between agents was something neither of us had ever witnessed.
Joining a cloud-based business was a bit of an adjustment. There were many systems to learn and knowing what needed to be completed first was a bit of a learning curve.
Lucky for you Jackie is a retired teacher and Kris is a technology guru. Together they have created a 10 session course to help you get to know the many systems and tools eXp offers its agents. All 10 courses are meant to be completed in 15-30 days in ensure you are ready to hit the ground running.

Your Dashboard - eXp Enterprise
eXp Enterprise is the dashboard you will use for your business. It hosts a Technology Section, Resources+Education and Marketing and Branding. You will receive and email from eXp Realty shortly after onboarding with your passport account. You will want to activate this account within the first 30 days. After 30 days the link expires.
The World
eXp World is our virtual office. You can attend classes, trainings, meet with your Broker for questions regarding a contract. The World is also a place for Tech support, and so much more. Have an Accounting issue? There is a room for that.
eXp World is a way to connect people from different areas in a common platform.
KVCore
KVCore is your website, CRM and lead generation. There is so much KVCore can do for you to help bring in more business and nurture clients who are not prepared to make the purchase yet. You will gain some knowledge here, but, keep on the watch for the KVCORE self-paced course that will teach you everything you need to know about all the many ways you can use KVCORE for your business.
