For nearly 20 years I taught 4th and 5th graders US History and Math, not the most exciting topics; kind of like teaching a CRM. But what I learned from being a teacher has contributed to my success as a kvCORE Coach and National Trainer.
What I find most effective in helping agents increase their engagement is NOT just teaching the steps to complete tasks. What most agents need are ideas to apply what they have learned using practical application that works!!
As a team owner with mostly new agents I find it effective to help those agents obtain success. Agents don't want to test systems, they want to take what you have already tested and found that works.
